Review: Scarred by Amber Lynn Natusch

Scarred
Author: Amber Lynn Natusch
Release Date: September 14, 2012
Publisher: Self-Published
Caged Book #4
Genre: Urban Fantasy

I loathed myself for wishing a death of that nature on anyone, and even more so because I still wanted it to happen. My moral fiber was unraveling quickly, and I wondered how long my humanity could withstand the unending trial of values my life had become. With every choice I made I felt it slipping away.

And further down the rabbit hole I fell.

SCARRED is filled with declarations of love, abrupt loss, hostile takeovers and plenty else in between. The books in the Caged series have all been engaging, fast paced, and easy to read in one sitting.

The men in this series are just plain nuts. I'm not saying that that is a bad thing but they have all lost their ever loving minds. Ruby just can't catch a break, every-time one situation is solved another pops up.  The ending I kind of expected to be absolutely insane so it didn't leave me too incredibly surprised, definitely a killer cliffhanger though.

SCARRED was packed full of action, suspense, and ended up being one of my favorite books of the series. Although this did not happen to me here's a final warning I heard many times before I started reading, the ending might leave you wanting to punch something.

I gave it 5/5 stars
